Login and team access issues
You cannot sign in, or a team member cannot reach something they expect to.
Forgot your password
Use Forgot password on the login screen and follow the reset email. A new password must have at least 9 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then confirm you are using the address on the account.
Common sign-in problems
| Symptom | Cause and fix |
|---|---|
| “Invalid credentials” right after signing up | The confirmation email was not clicked yet. Open it and click the link; that signs you in. |
| The password reset link says it expired | Request a new one from the login screen. Links are single-use. |
| Signed in, then bounced straight back to login | Usually an expired session on a shared device. Sign in again. If it keeps happening, contact support with the email on the account. |
| Invited but the invite link does nothing | Ask the Owner or Admin to resend from Settings, Team. The page also shows a copyable link as a fallback. |
A team member cannot see something
Access follows role. A Member cannot open team or billing settings, and that is the role working as designed, not a fault. An Owner or Admin can change the role from Settings, Team. See Team roles and invitations.
The organization shows as locked or suspended
The subscription is not active: either a cancellation reached its end date, or a payment failed repeatedly. The lock screen says which, and what to do next. See Cancelling your subscription. Your data is intact either way.
Send a message with your venue name and what you were trying to do. A person reads every one and replies by email.
