Payment methods and invoices
The card on file, your renewal date, and your invoices are all on one page: Upgrade, then Manage billing.
Updating your card

- 2Click Update payment methodEnter the new card in the form that opens.
- 3ConfirmThe next charge uses the new card. Nothing else about the subscription changes.
- 1Switch plan or intervalThe exact prorated amount, tax included, is shown before you confirm.
- 2Update payment methodA new card for the next charge. Nothing else changes.
- 3InvoicesRead live from your billing history.
- 4Cancel / ResumeCancel keeps access to the end of the paid period. Resume undoes it with no gap.
Invoices
Manage billing lists your recent invoices with the date, amount, and status. They are read live from your billing history, not cached, so a payment that just went through shows up straight away.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated from your billing address and added at checkout. You always see the full amount, including tax, before you confirm. Today tax is collected for South Carolina addresses. Everywhere else the tax line is zero.
If a payment fails
When a renewal charge fails, you get an email asking you to update your card, and the account is marked past due. Update the card from Manage billing as soon as you can. If the charge keeps failing, the subscription is cancelled and the dashboard locks until you subscribe again. See Cancelling your subscription for what a locked account looks like.
Send a message with your venue name and what you were trying to do. A person reads every one and replies by email.
