Running rounds and tables
Once the bracket is built, running it is mostly one button per match.
Finishing a match
- 1Tap Finish Match on the table cardEach live match is a card with its table number and both teams.
- 2Pick the winnerThe loser is out, or moves to the losers’ side in a double-elimination format.
- 3The table refillsWith Auto Queue on, which is the default, the next waiting match takes that table and the next round’s pairings build as results come in. You never re-pair teams by hand.

Table assignment
Tables are tracked per venue. A match is never assigned to a table that is already occupied, so the board can be trusted without checking it by hand. If a match has no free table it waits on deck, visible on the Live Board so teams know they are up next.
Fixing a mistake
Recovery and Overrides, at the bottom of Live Tournament Control, covers undoing the last result, rebuilding a round, and taking manual control of pairings. Most nights never need it.
Note
Two people can score at once
Results are applied in order even if two staff tap winners on separate devices at the same moment, or one person double-taps. A pick is never lost or overwritten.
