Organizations and venues
Three things sit under everything you do in VYVE: the organization, its venues, and the events at each venue. Once you know how they relate, the rest of the dashboard is easy to read.
The three levels

Adding a venue
- 1Open VenuesThe Add Venue form is at the bottom of the page.
- 2Enter the name, city, and stateThe name is what your team sees in the dashboard and what appears on some TV scenes.
- 3AddThe venue gets its own TV link and the default DisplayOS scenes right away. Open TV Display shows the link.
How many venues you can add depends on your plan. Core includes one, Pro includes up to five, and Enterprise is unlimited. See Comparing Core, Pro, and Enterprise.
Note
Venues run independently
Two venues under one organization can both be live at the same time, each with its own DJ, its own crowd, and its own TV, run by different people on different devices. Nothing about one venue affects another.
Switching organizations
If your login belongs to more than one organization, for example because you DJ for two venues that each have their own VYVE account, use the switcher at the top of the sidebar. Every page in the dashboard shows the organization that is currently selected.
