Photo Wall and Photo Studio
Guests upload photos from the night, you approve them, and the venue TV shows them in a live wall that celebrates as it fills. Photo Studio adds editing tools on top.
How the wall works
- 1A guest uploads a photoFrom the Photo tab on the Interact page, with an optional caption and nickname. The upload screen tells them the photo may be shown on the venue’s screens and used in promotion, and asks them to confirm everyone in it is okay with that.
- 2It lands in your queueDJOS, CrowdOS tab, next to shoutouts. Approve, reject, or feature it. If a photo came in sideways, rotate it from the queue; you can also set the focal point so faces stay in frame on the TV.
- 3It goes on the wallApproved photos appear in the Photo Wall TV mode within a couple of seconds, newest first.
What the TV does as the wall fills
| Moment | What happens |
|---|---|
| 10, 25, 50, and every 50 photos | A short on-screen celebration marks the milestone. |
| 5 or more approved photos | Story mode starts: every 40 seconds a random photo takes over the screen, polaroid style. It waits for five so it does not cycle the same two faces on an empty wall. |
| A new photo is approved | The wall pulses and the new photo slides in. |
Photo Studio
On Pro and Enterprise, guests get editing tools before they submit, right on the Interact page:
- Beauty AI smooths and evens skin without changing the face.
- Face FX props, each anchored to the right facial landmark so glasses sit on eyes and hats sit on heads.
- Filters, a set of presets tuned for bar and club lighting.
The wall itself is on every plan. Photo Studio is the layer on top.
Moderating photos with AI
With AI moderation on, real photos of real people at the venue are approved automatically, harmful content is rejected, and memes, screenshots, and stock images are turned away with a light message rather than treated as a violation. Every decision stays reviewable. See AI moderation.
Removing a photo later
Reject an approved photo from the queue at any time and it leaves the wall immediately. If a guest asks for their photo to be taken down after the night, do the same, or forward the request to support@joinvyve.io.
Send a message with your venue name and what you were trying to do. A person reads every one and replies by email.
