Staffing the night
One login shared on a sticky note is how a venue loses control of its own TV. Give each person their own access with the role their job needs, and let the work spread across devices.
Roles
| Role | Can | Give it to |

Inviting someone
- 1Settings, TeamEnter their email and pick the role.
- 2SendThey get an email with an accept link. If the email cannot be delivered, a copyable link appears so you can send it any other way.
- 3They accept and set a passwordThey land in the organization with the role you chose. Change it or remove them from the same tab at any time.
- 1Email and roleOwner, Admin, or Member. The role decides what they can open.
- 2Send invitationAn email goes out immediately. If it fails, a copyable link appears here as a fallback.
- 3Change role or removeRemoving ends their access to this organization right away.
Several people, several devices
DJOS and the control pages are web pages, so a shift can look like this: the DJ runs DJOS on the booth laptop, a host moderates the photo queue from a tablet at the bar, and a manager watches from a phone. Everyone sees the same queue within a couple of seconds, and any of them can approve or reject.
One organization can also have several venues live at the same time, each with its own TV and its own person running it. Nothing about one venue’s night touches another’s.
