Shoutouts and moderation
Birthday callouts, hype messages, anything a guest wants on screen: every shoutout goes through you before it reaches the TV.
How a shoutout gets on the TV
- 1A guest sends itFrom the Shoutout tab on the Interact page: a short message and a nickname, or Anonymous.
- 2It lands in your queueDJOS, CrowdOS tab, in the moderation queue alongside photos. New items appear within a couple of seconds.
- 3You approve, reject, or feature itApproved shoutouts cycle on the TV whenever the Shoutouts mode is live. Feature puts one on screen by itself right away.
What the guest sees

Notices read the same whether you or the AI decided, so the system feels like one consistent moderator to guests. Guests never see who else submitted or what was rejected.
Clearing the queue
Clear Crowd Queue dismisses every pending shoutout and photo at once. Use it at the start of a new night, or when a wave of low-effort submissions is not worth reviewing one by one.

Letting AI take the first pass
On Pro and Enterprise, AI moderation approves or rejects most shoutouts the moment they arrive, so you only review the edge cases. The reasoning is shown on each item and you can override either way. See AI moderation.
