DJOS overview
DJOS is the command center for a DJ event: one screen for everything happening in the room and everything you put on the venue TV.
Opening DJOS
From any DJ event, click Open DJOS. The header always shows whether the event is live, how many requests and CrowdOS items are waiting, the current room energy, and which scene is on the venue TV.

- 1Go Live / End LiveMakes the guest link work and connects the event to the venue TV. End Live reverses it.
- 2Now PlayingFilled in by VYVE Link, or typed here. Shows on the guest page and the TV.
- 3Room energyDriven by guest reactions. Feeds the Energy TV mode.
- 4Intake togglesEach channel opens and closes on its own. A closed channel disappears from guests' phones.
- 5Pause allCloses every channel at once for a mid-night incident. Any single toggle reopens just that one.
The six tabs

Going live
- 1Press Go Live on the Live tabThe guest link starts working, the event connects to the venue TV, and the QR code and join code appear on screen.
- 2Run the nightRequests, reactions, shoutouts, and photos flow in. Push scenes from the Display tab or the CrowdOS tab.
- 3Press End Live when you finishThe guest link stops accepting new activity and the TV returns to the idle screen.
The guest link
Every event has a short link, joinvyve.io/go/CODE, where CODE is five letters. It is under the QR on the TV and under Show QR on the Requests tab. Guests scan or type it; nothing is texted and there is no app.
Note
One event, many nights
For a weekly residency, keep one event. Go live, run the set, end live, and go live again next week. Request history and duplicate protection are scoped to a trailing 24 hours so nights do not interfere with each other, and your printed QR codes stay valid.
