Billing and plans

Upgrading or changing your plan

Every plan change happens in your dashboard. You see the exact amount before anything is charged.

Subscribing for the first time

  1. 1
    Open Upgrade in the dashboard

  2. 2
    Enter your card
The card form opens in the page. Card details go straight to the payment processor and never touch VYVE’s servers. Enter your full billing address; it is used to work out sales tax.
  3. 3

Your plan activates as soon as the payment succeeds. Features unlock in the dashboard without a reload.

  3. 3Request EnterpriseEnterprise is quoted per organization. This logs a request and we follow up by email.

Switching tier or billing interval

Open Upgrade, then Manage billing, and choose the new plan or interval. Before you confirm, VYVE shows the prorated amount for the rest of the current period, including tax. Upgrading charges the difference right away. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing date.

Note
Switching to annual ends the intro discount
The 50% intro discount applies to monthly billing. If you move to annual during those first three months, the intro discount is removed and the standing 20% annual discount applies instead. The two do not stack.

Enterprise

Enterprise has no self-serve checkout because it is quoted per organization. Click Request Enterprise on the Upgrade page. The request is logged and we follow up by email.
