Account settings and branding
Where your organization’s name, logo, and guest-facing branding live, and how Enterprise organizations put their own domain on every guest link.
Organization profile
Under Settings, update your organization’s display name and logo. The logo appears where your brand shows to guests: the header of the Interact page and some DisplayOS scenes.
Removing the Powered by VYVE mark
Guest screens carry a small Powered by VYVE mark by default. Enterprise organizations can turn it off per event from that event’s Branding settings tab. The setting is enforced server-side, so it only takes effect on an Enterprise plan.
Custom domains
Enterprise organizations can serve the guest experience from their own domain, for example events.yourvenue.com, instead of a joinvyve.io link.
- 1Add your domain in Settings, DomainVYVE shows two DNS records to add at your domain provider: a CNAME and a verification TXT record.
- 2Wait for verificationVYVE checks both records before marking the domain live. Until then every guest link keeps using joinvyve.io, so nothing ever points somewhere that does not resolve.
- 3DoneOnce verified, every guest link and QR code the dashboard generates switches to your domain automatically.
- 1Your domainFor example events.yourvenue.com. Enterprise only.
- 2DNS recordsA CNAME and a verification TXT record to add at your domain provider.
- 3StatusGuest links keep using joinvyve.io until this reads Live, so nothing ever points somewhere that does not resolve.
Closing your account
Closing an organization affects every team member and every venue under it, so it is not a self-serve action. Contact support from the email address on the account. To stop billing without closing the account, see Cancelling your subscription.
Send a message with your venue name and what you were trying to do. A person reads every one and replies by email.
